The summoned undead warrior and the summoned Dragon from the Epic spells need a boost. Also the summoned undead companions for the Pale Master need a serious boost.
I realize summon monster spells have been boosted a great deal, and IMO that was a wonderful idea. The summoned creatures were built for a level of standard D&D difficulty, not the uber equipment available on a NwN server such as this one.

I am right, wrong, don't care?
If folks are in agreement I can do some tweaking and submit an .erf for review.

I'll talk to everyone about it. I'm not sure what their current status is at.

Please do, the lower lvl ones they kinda suck. I know if we had the lower lvl one a little better it shure would help caster when they need it the most. I know lvling a new caster is relay hard if your alone. Many times i almost gave up on a caster becuse it so easy killed whene your new. I think better lower one's might encourage more casting builds, or at lest encurage people more to stick it out a little longer to get the lvl's.

I know you guys already have a ton of stuff on your plates, so if you give me an idea of what CR you want them at, and which ones you want boosted I put together the replacements. Easiest thing to do would be to just replace the creature tag in the spell script with the tag of a new replacement monster to be spawned.

I'm not sure casters really need that extra edge...really overpowered as it is.

i say the epic summons should be boosted a bit. I dont want to waist an epic feat if it isnt going to be worth it.

I'm not sure casters really need that extra edge...really overpowered as it is. With true casters that may be, but an Epic level Palemaster is certainly not on par with a caster nor a melee build. The Epic level PM summons should be boosted, IMO, because you don't get any benefit from PM after level 10. That causes folks to take PM 10 in alot of builds both caster and melee alike, but no-one does the epic levels of PM because every other class has so much more to offer. On the Epic Dragon and Undead Summon feat it's also worth noting that a caster has to burn alot of skill points and an Epic bonus feat and in return they gain a summoned creature that is not worth the cost. And although I agree the casters already overpowered in many ways, I don't see these two feats causing an imbalance in PvP.

First of all, PM are awesome..especially after 10th lvl Also, I really dont see a point in taking epic summoning feats while you can use summon monster 9 or just go dominate something. So to make it worth taking the feat they'd have to become far more powerful than a lvl 9 monster summon..maybe 3 or 4 times as badass. Then what you have is a high level caster and a Mummy with 70 ab and who knows what else! The way i see it, as long as the caster knows what he is doing (not a noob/chim ;D) you're screwed anyway.

After level 10 they only get an AC bonus every 4 levels. They don't gain new spells, and their caster level does not increase. Also their HP are still significanlty lower than a fighter.

draw something up then & I will have a look see at it. Helm seems to think they are fine. But if I can test what you make & deem it not overpowering, I will talk to him.

It's been along time since I used Mummy dust, but according to the spell change list this spell has already been modified so I guess that's a moot point. If you want I can email you a .erf of the Dragon Knight replacement I would suggest. Are you interested in possibly boosting the Epic level summons for PMs as well? If so I can work on those also, if not I won't bother.
