I suggest to create a "Smuggler Boat" in Stoneridge Docks, a place where players could sell boss gears (and maybe crafted items and very good non summoned boss items) for a very good price (millions). A simple way to reduce the amount of godly gears and weapons in circulation.

What circulation? If you got godly gear you want to get rid of (why??), I'm right here

he means gear not for his class, but yea this sounds pretty coll to me, like a tg without the help of a lockpicker. only boss gear and 1 server reset items for sale though, crafted items, u could just remake one over and over and get a ton of money in no time, kinda cheap

lol, make a char with other classes then or, alternatively: I'm still right here as for making one craft over and over again, I dont think anything that gets you a ton of money in no time will fly..... so, the npc is very unlikely to offer more than what the item is worth, and if he offers less than what its worth, why sell... :S and, with the npc giving good gold for 1/reset items, it will make them hunted for gold, meaning some people will always get them even if they dont need them and sell them, while others, especially people that havent been (back) here for long, or just have the luck of missing the resets, wont be able to get any, even if they need them.... so imo this npc merchant would bring more bad than good consequences....

I said "and maybe crafted items and very good non summoned boss items". My main concern is boss gears. Players might want to sell them to a npcs, to have a decent amount of money and to make sure a pc will not turn the sold weapon against them.

Well there's always the chance of that, with every piece of gear you sell, or give away for that matter (for example gear ppl give to newbies, the newbie goes to a different clan and might fight you with the gear you gave him, or at least use it to get better gear to fight you with - I know this is not exactly what you meant but its still very possible), but that doesnt mean we should stop giving away or selling gear to pcs. to prevent getting rich very fast, the npc would probably offer less than a pc, and in that case, going to the npc instead of a pc is just a bit too egoistical for my taste

I like the idea cause i have a few items of gear i want to sell to somone. Its the peices of gear nobody wants and needed buffed badly. And i too always gear out the newbies without thinking of what might happen. Just ask Maus, when he came back i geared him out

new idea, i think this'd be neat to see, most games nowadays have achievements in them, what if we had achievements and rewards in rd? like an npc giving u a qp every 10 lvls or something hell just a qp for reaching 40 would work a qp for beating a boss in a boss run only for the first time tho cant really think of what other achievements could be but feel free to point them out itd also be neat if the npc just appears at u when an achievement is done for the first time
