I allways try to press my middle mouse button and move the camera now.. I do it on webpages.. I try to do it in every other game.. I try it in word and other apps - I even try to do it when I'm driving or walking down the street.. And it is frustrating everytime because nothing happens, I can't move the camera view arround like that.
The only time it is ok is in 3ds max - then it actually works and I am so satisfied ;-)

At least you can play NWN when you get home! I'm at uni at the moment and the internets set up so you can't play games online  The only time I can play online is when I go home about once every 3 or 4 weeks for the weekend! So think yourself lucky! Although it does leave more drinking time hmm.....  Anyway I have been mucking around with the toolset and have started creating the hardest areas I've ever seen not on a uber server  . Was wondering if I make it decent will and send it to the oh great Messiah is there much chance of such a hard area (with uber equip ) getting used? |

From what I've read Ish, you're better off first asking messiah for area themes thats he looking for. Maybe ask him if he needs soemone to design teh fire giants epic area

I think that Keten was doing that (although I think hes given up). In a new post I've suggested a new idea. Hopefully he will like it  Sorry those who voted in a poll I then deleted to change it a bit etc. The reason I don't want to do fire giants etc. is I want to do it more like a once per character quest type thing where I can have a bit of poetic licence in creating it (reason for other plain idea). |

Could someone direct me to a post/template/tutorial on building custom races, classes, prestige classes, etc. And I mean full ones from scratch, not subraces. That would be dandy. |

From what I've read anything to edit for true custom races(selectable from the start up screen etc) and classes would require a hak

Anyone here knows how to get the lvl 40 cap off? Or knows where to find the instructions to do so? I am interested in it (it would be nice at Redemption imo but it would have to be talked over, but i would like to remove it in other mods to see how would big lvl chars do)
I am interested in it but i dont have even a clue how should i do it... so if someone knows... send me a PM or post it here.

Not even autobic can do it from the character creation screen. Autobic requires you to create a standard arce then login to change it.

My bad, I meant for PnP, thats why I posted here, and not on some important thread...  I'm building some custom content in PnP, but I don't personally own the Player's Handbook, DM Guide, or Monster Manual, (I'd like to use what they use as templates), and I don't want to buy them. So I was hoping for some geeky website link to "How to Build Custom Content" or "Hey Look at my Detailed Race/Class/Monster Template!" Pfft, custom races for Redemption, you WISH! Remorts are what you get! And maybe dragons...since they progress. =) |
