Mmmmk well i have the "Book of greatest regret"
The passage reads "One of the legendary artifacts of which great power comes from the symbol of cyric, an eye of the beholder and essence of a gold golem to create..."
Now i have an eye of the beholder, gold essence and ive tried every item from cyrics areas and i get nothing.

This was indeed fixed. All I can say is to get new ingredients and to ensure you have the right items. For instance, the eye of the beholder is NOT simply the eye, but the eye of the GREAT beholder (e.g. completed Siomyrls pet quest)
