okay ive talked about this idea with a few people lets see how everyone likes it this may bring a whole lot to add to the server. I say we create class specific guilds. The guilds would be only joinable by the classes you are taking ie weapon master guild, fighters guild, cleric guild etc. These guilds are completely joined by choice. And you can only joined one guild per character. So if your in the fighters guild with a character you cant join the wizards guild. And in the guilds you are appointed quests that would work with your class and some of the quests would award class specific items or equipment maybe even gold. Each differnt quest would award a item compared to your level or it would upgrade a item you got from a prior guild quest. The items you are awarded are none tradable and cant be dropped or sold but you can dispose of them in bins in each guild hall so there is no trading amongs everyone in dominia.
Also there could be areas that are safely accessible to a certain guild and if a differnt guild enters in that area the npcs are hostile. Guilds would be able to fight over the area in a CTF sort of way. If a rival guild captures the flag it is given to that guild so on and so forth.
Just something i had rolling around in my head. Up for debate and tweaking
:EDIT: These guilds are completely seperate from clans

Splitting the already small player base caste even further seems a bit unnecessary. I like the idea in theory but in practice it would not work, here's why: 1) The guilds would be used to add to the cookie cutter nature of builds. Eg - Fgt/Bard/WM takes bard guild for the nifty item that boosts his X even though bard is just a 2 level take for him. This could be restricted sure, but this is only a minor problem in the full scale. 2) You mention CTF, and I assume PvP will be thrown in along the way. Monk and Sorc guilds ftw respectively there? The problem with classifying people into their class components is that you then find yourself with entire guilds that are geared towards certain things, let alone single builds. 3) The workload required to incorporate this could be much better spent tweaking the existing features and maybe expanding on what is currently in play. [EDIT] At least that is my opinion, drawn from the minor amounts of knowledge I have gleaned about this server.
