Player versus player combat is allowed provided the rules are followed. There is zero tolerance for breaking the rules and consequences will be given. Report all PvP violations to a DM immediately.
* Two exceptions- a) player marked as a killer, b) assaulting or defending Clan Halls and Moats
** Quicklogging is logging off of as one character and back on as another. There is a minimum period of 15 minutes game time before you may log back in as another character
*** PvP (hostile acts) is defined as pick pocketing, attacking, debuff/buffing other players or henchman, attacking/defending Clan Hall or Moat. If you are slain inside a Clan Hall or Moat, you are to leave the area until the battle is finished

Additional Clarifications:
Spam killing (a form of griefing) is not allowed. But what is spam killing exactly? I think we need to break it down first. Killing, well, in the terms of this it would mean to slay or otherwise reduce someone to -10 or lower hitpoints. How about spam? We all get forms of it, from penis enlargement to debt help, our junk mail folder is usually filled with it! But what IS it? Besides the ever-mysterious meaty treat, I'd say it can be defined as something along the lines of "annoyingly in excess" or "too much to the point of stupidity."
What if you don't engage in any hostile acts whatsoever but someone else engages you? This force-engaging PvP (a form of griefing) is also not allowed and should be reported immeadiatly. DO NOT ENGAGE them. Take Screenshots!
Clan PVP Wars:
A) All above rules apply.
B) If a player is killed by a goon in Clan PVP combat, that player is out of PVP for the regular amount of time (15 min).
C) If a player was killed in PVP, that player must IMMEDIATELY leave the hall/moat where the battle is. They are not allowed to enter any opposing clan moat/hall during their "down time". If a player was killed in a non-clan area, the person that won is hereby awarded that area. However, there is no DM rule that the loser has to leave.
- Don't engage another player if they are more than 8 levels higher or lower than your character. Killing a player more than 8 levels below you will cause the character to be immediately resurrected and frozen for 60 seconds. PvP actions include pickpocketing, taunting, debuffing allies, and buffing enemies, and are prohibited outside of the 8 level range *
- After being killed by a player within the 8 level range, you will receive a "loser flag" and you will be designated as "Out of PvP" for 15 minutes. During this time, you are not to perform hostile acts, nor should anyone engage you with hostile acts ***
- Killing a player will cause you to receive a "killer token", and you will be designated as a killer. If you are marked as a killer, you are fair game for anyone on the server (unless you are "Out of PvP")
- Though killers must follow the 8 level range PvP rule, they do not apply to other players who may attack them at will. Killers may engage in PvP with a player that is outside of the 8 level range, only if they are attacked first
- Do not "quick log" **
