as far as umd goes i personly think uping the umd dc needed for the dif gear was better than restricting the skill its self..then only dedicated ppl would truly benefit from it.. how ever as far as limmiting the whole skill point system im srry i think NEVER is indeed the best response.. Action server..not role play>>

As far as the action server reference, I agree, but such decisions are not up to me. I just put out the original post as a feeler to see if players liked that option better than the current system. Clearly people do not like the option I presented any better.
