As I recall there was talk about going to CEP about 18 months ago, and I thought it was going to become a part of RD. Did this get forgotten, over-riden, or just turn out to be unfavorable for the server. Just curious, I am not particularly for or against it at this point, just wondered where that was at.

I beleive CEP has already been added a long time ago I wasn't sure since I didn't see it show up as a requirement on the server details. |

CEP has been in for a while, no idea why it doesn't show up as a requirement - but I know that you cannot join without having it installed

Just tried to load CEP to my laptop, and I realized I DL'ed the wrong one. There is a newer v2.1 available now. You can still DL v2.0 also (appearantly what we are on). Just wanted to let ya know a newer one is available if interested.

What does CEP 2.1 offer over CEP 2.0? CEP 2.1 adds alot of 'fixes' for things that don't appear to be a problem on RD. Outside of that the only thing new seems to be a new demilich, a war troll, a new werewolf, new heads, some new cloaks, a few placeables, and some tileset season changes. In the grand scheme of things, looks like nothing worth the headache of upgrading the server. |
