Party xp

I think that bonuses for being in a big party have been a great idea, but I don't think people should be penalized for flying solo or with one other person. With the maximum party size being six, there are many occasions where you're out of luck and HAVE to go it alone, and other times when you choose to or can't find enough people in your level range. If the goal of this has also been to encourage party playing, then lets also increase the max party size to eight. Not everyone can be on when the great masses of players are on, and while the issues of QPs and boss runs are more complex, this seems pretty simple and it would be fairer to everyone if there wasn't the xp penalty.

i support this. i would also like to see the XP awarded start being greater than solo XP starting with 2 players, and gradually increasing to 8, but overall a lower bonus in the 5 and 6 range than currently. the current bonus with 6 should be what the new bonus with 8 might be.

I think it was getting upped to 8 anyhow. I will have to check though.
