Basically more items with the 'Perform' skill. I know there is a Bard robe out there somewhere (only because someone had sold it pre-wipe, I have no idea from what Boss) but as it stands the average 30 Bard can only get enough perform for a lvl 16ish song and that would include a decent charisma bonus.
some suggestions:
Weapon - Club Name - Primal Scream
+8 AB 2d10 Sonic 1d8 Fire Bard slot 4-6 Perform +15
Item - Helmet Name - Bragi's Crown
AC +6 Charisma +4 Perform +15 Concentration +10
Item - Ring Name - Odists Trinket
Dexterity +2 Constitution +2 Perform +15
All only useable by Bard

Those items could be sold, once per reset (except arrows), at the VERY hard to reach shop in TD/Underdark:

Random Gear
Unsummoned Bosses and extremely difficult low reward NPC should have a random shared loot table, each NPC have a different weighted value for chance to drop. Cyric perhaps having a 1 in 1000, Gholam perhaps a 1 in 100. This table should be populated with top end generic gear.
+6 to +8 plain gear +4 to +6 clothing boots rings amulets bracers helmets Etc...
Stuff that basically already exists in the toolset, up cutting off at the +8 enhancment range for weapons and armor and +6 range for other items.
This would allow players in offpeak playing times farms for decent gear, thats while not as powerful in most respects as boss equipment can with effort build a set comparable.

Icy Giant in Tyrain Dun should drop a hammer: Name: Giant's Frozen Hammer ab: +4 db: +2d8 cold damage db: +1d12 massive critical
Dwarven Lt should drop a Dwarven Waraxe: Name: Frozen Waraxe ab: +5 db: +1d12 cold db: +1d8 massive crititical
The sort of buffalo thing could drop fur. This could be sold at very high price in TD, Netftalon or Shandalar...

Ok I think we all agree the good guys need a better sword then Fallen Paladin...I mean The evil side of dominia gets Azures Doom...We Should have a really good longsword from a boss i dont care which one...new or old...Heres my idea...

Longsword Blade of Great FaithDivine1d8 fire2d10 10Ab 15+ab against evil Holy Avenger On hit lvl 20 Sunburst I would simply change banishment (useless) for holy avenger, silence or blind on hit on Blade of the Fallen Paladin. No need of a new longsword.

The fact that is called Fallen Paladin and only useable by Good seems a bit funny...maybe renamed the Slightly Naughty Paladin's Blade.....
Anyway 2d10 (or is it 2d12?) Divine damage, 2d6 Sonic damage, Keen and +8 AB make that one nice sword with no need to be buffed at all. Holy Avenger is an amazing buff and should be only used by Paladin anyway (imo) with negative UMD on any items. Adding that to an already powerful weapon would totally unbalance it....... Take a level of Paladin or the prerequisite UMD, attack with the Pally longsword from Dragons, once dispelled switch to Fallen Blade and smack that bitch with a shit load of lovely divine and Sonic damage....Sound like a plan?
